2. How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping on orders Over $79.99 or more. Otherwise, it costs US$7.99 (0kg-1kg), US$12 (1kg-2kg), US$18 (2kg-3kg), US$24 (3kg-4kg), US$30 (4kg or more). If you need express shipping, you could choose it at checkout, which costs US$29.99 (0kg-0.5kg), US$39.99 (0.5kg-1kg), US$49.99 (1kg-1.5kg), US$89.99 (1.5kg or more).

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Wrong Shipping Information
- If you have left the wrong shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

- When the product delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
- Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center.
So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at contact@mail.christianartworkshop.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
Return/Refund Conditions
1. Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving to change your mind and return the items.
2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.If the item you received is defective/wrong,please provide the corresponding order number and pictures of the items received at .
3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.Before returning an item, you need to contact us and submit a request. We will then provide the return address via email.
4. Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.Shipping costs are non-refundable.If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.(Note:If the shipping is free, we will also need to deduct the corresponding logistics costs when refunding.）
5. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).
Quality problems of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking.Please do not throw the box and packages before your problem is solved.
Return/Refund Process
1. Please send an email to contact@mail.christianartworkshop.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
4. We receive your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
